Say hi to the site. It has the whole tour of what Prodsy does, the privacy table that lists everything that can ever leave your computer, and the license terms in full.
Prodsy itself isn't ready to download yet. This changelog is where you'll hear first, and the RSS feed works in any feed reader. No email list, no sign-up.
Foundations
The groundwork is in. None of it is something you can download yet, but all of it is what the rest stands on.
- The app shell. The window runs sandboxed with a strict content policy, and blocks anything that isn't Prodsy's own pages. The sidebar has every screen from the design, with the keyboard and screen readers in mind from the start.
- An engine that gets back up. Prodsy's engine runs in its own process. If it crashes, it's back in about three seconds without losing your place. If it keeps crashing, Prodsy stops and shows you what happened instead of trying forever.
- One door out. Every request the app can make goes through a single checkpoint that knows where each kind of data may go and writes a line to a log on your computer.
- Privacy checks that run on every change. If the app ever learns to send something the privacy table on this site doesn't list, the build fails before it reaches you.
- The look. Colors, type, the components and the mascot, in light and dark, with contrast checked against accessibility guidelines.
